Bodhi Joy
Therapy dog tales of love, comfort, and companionship.
He might not be able to heal the world, but Bodhi’s love and companionship will help brighten it!
A job well done
Bodhi has been a rock star at the hospital, but sadly I have to report that he is retiring from his therapy job work at the hospital.
Comments from a Proud Mom
I often get many of the same comments…how handsome Bodhi is, how calm he is, and how loving he is. And how much he has made someone’s day. But my favorite comment today was “I am privileged that I got to meet Bodhi today.”
The Enlightened One
People really connected with Bodhi today. People really recognized how special he is, more than usual. Enlightened maybe!
Throw away the masks!
We enjoyed the first day without wearing masks! It was so nice to see people smiling and I think Bodhi enjoyed it more too.
Special Valentine’s Day
When we walk around to see people, once in a while someone doesn’t want to visit with Bodhi. Some people are ok with dogs and pet him quickly, but don’t love him. Most people are very excited to meet him and love seeing and petting Bodhi. And then there are people who need to see him.
Everyone wants to dog-nap Bodhi!
It was day of the dog-napping. Lots of people wanted to steal Bodie and take him home and love him forever! No way…that’s my job! Well, not a job…it’s a privilege.
Christmas at the hospital
Family and patients were very thankful that Bodhi and I volunteered to visit them on Christmas. I was honored to be there with them.
Thank You!
Bodhi and I would like to give our thanks to all the staff who work at Littleton Adventist Hospital.
